Quick answer

Flavor profile: subtle sweetness vs Irish cream
The Rough Cut Sweet delivers a subtly sweet taste that stays in the background, letting the natural tobacco leaf character come through. The Sweet Woods Irish Cream is explicitly flavored for a smooth, sweet smoking experience with a distinct Irish cream note. If you want flavor that announces itself, Irish Cream is the clearer pick; if you want a gentle sweetness that doesn't dominate, Rough Cut Sweet is the safer choice.
Pack size and price per wrap
Rough Cut Sweet comes as 25 pouches of 2 wraps (50 wraps total) at $27.00, which works out to $0.54 per wrap. Sweet Woods Irish Cream comes as 30 pouches of 2 wraps (60 wraps total) at $36.49, or about $0.61 per wrap. The Irish Cream pack costs more overall but gives you 10 extra wraps; the Rough Cut pack has the lower upfront price and the lower cost per wrap.
Texture and rolling feel
The Rough Cut design gives these wraps a natural, textured feel for rolling, which some rollers prefer for grip and a less uniform look. The supplied facts for Sweet Woods Irish Cream don't describe the leaf cut or texture, so if tactile feel matters to you, the Rough Cut name is the only one of the two that makes an explicit promise there.
